Research & Evaluation
In my past life, I was a researcher. Data-driven, research based instruction and service provision are central to my practice. Throughout my career I have engaged in research and evaluation that sought to increase the capacity of organizations to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate educational and health services to diverse people. As a teacher, I use classroom-based data to inform lesson planning and instruction.
